The Professional Master's Program in Business Administration has its estructure
focused in the Business Management area and the need for
formation of innovative professionals that are capable of transforming the reality they live in a reality for creation of alternatives to solve the problems that
are part of an organizational context in constant change.
The course will have students with different backgrounds of higher education, however,
related to the business area in order to form constructive and transformative masters in their specific areas of knowledge. Through its activities, both in the classroom and in applied research, the constant exercise of reading texts, didactic exhibitions and interactive discussions, the Course aims to enhance a changed ,creative and innovative attitude and understand the universe of business management. As a result, the Course is based on a position to give the future master not only the understanding of the management process, but, thereafter, to be able to formulate hypotheses and find alternative of action to increase efficiency and improve the conditions of the organizational environment and then the society. The curriculum estrutucture of the course, along with areas of expertise selected, allows the definition of the student’s professional profile. The practices proposed in the different modules of the course will emphasize the construction of alternatives and innovation in organizations, guided by the analysis of problem, strong methodological knowledge and scientific rigor. In summary, the student of the Professional Master's Program in Business Administration must be a highly skilled professional. In summary, the student of the Professional Master's Program in Business Administration must be a professional highly skilled in business management with potential to make decisions, from the perspective of methodological rigor and able to innovate and transform reality in which he or she operates, using applied research, conditioned by the structural framework of a business world in constant changes.
